Garnier - Blended With Love

We hope you all are doing well.

How important is the role of healthy, shiny and luscious hair in making you feel confident? A lot we are sure... Good hair that is healthy and away from all the problems is like a dream for every girl and Garnier is everything that you need to protect your hair and strengthen them with their new launch.

 

So, few weeks back Garnier organised a launch event of their new range of Ultra Blends Shampoo and Conditioners which are "Blended With Love" for every hair type, we were invited for the same at Palladium, Mumbai. Garnier has always been the much-loved brand and we were sure the event would be grand and the decor was mainly white with pops of greens and flowers which simply cooled and pleased our eyes, my personal Favourite being the white bicycle.

The new range of shampoos and conditioners were placed in a very beautiful way with all their key ingredients arranged in a decorative way around them.

When we entered the venue, our eyes caught the attention of the first range which is Royal Jelly & Lavender, which claims to reinforce and strengthen your hair. Lavender does the job of purifying and renewing the hair.

Next up was the 5 Precious Herbs with their ingredients being- Green tea (stimulates microcirculation, fights toxins to tone and fights inflammation),Eucalyptus(healing properties to refresh hair),Lemon(leaves hair feeling revitalised and enhances natural shine),Aloe(provides moisture to scalp and hair) and Henna(deep conditions and nourishing power).

Next up was the Mythic Olive,Olive Oil is packed with antioxidants to fight free radicals and keep your hair glossy.

Lastly, we reach to the 5th range which was Soy Milk & Almonds, Soy Milk is high in protein, and it replenishes and restores your hair to make it incredibly soft to touch. Almonds being rich in Vitamin E provide deep nourishment that remains. We absolutely loved the little soy milk fountain as a part of the decor.

Bidding summer goodbye with shades of blue

Heyyy Readers,

It has been quite a while since we updated the blog and we have started to realize that we should be more regular with the posts. So, keeping this realization alive we are here with a new post. Since the climate has been so hot and humid these days and after the pre-monsoon shower it looks like monsoon can visit us anytime, we decided to bid summer a goodbye and welcome monsoon with ‘Shades of Blue’.

 

POOJA

Pooja wore a simple plain Navy blue dress from Stalk Buy Love which has a cute white pattern around the neckline. She paired her dress with a black sling bag, again from Stalk Buy Love along with black slip – on’s which she randomly picked up from a local shoe store. To keep the look subtle yet a little messy she tied her hair into a loose messy braid. She completes her entire look with a pair of customized nerdy glasses which are purely for fashion/powerless glasses.

 

  

 

 

LINNET

Linnet on the other hand wore a grey tank top paired with a lace blue high waist midi-skirt from Stalk Buy Love. She lets her hair open as it adds a little oomph and volume to the outfit. She keeps her attire more on the sporty chic side by wearing white sneakers.

Welcoming Summer with Talons D'or

Hey Everyone!

How did you all spend your weekend? I am sure you all had something exciting planned! Feels so bad that we got to wake up and work the next morning. But that’s how it is going to be right? Unless you work and learn you will never grow (just being a little philosophical here).

Talking about our new blog? WE CUSTOMISED OUR SHOES! Blame it on our job, but we have been really fortunate to get a chance to try some great products!

So, every time I see a beautiful pair of shoe in magazines or Instagram, the first question that pops up, where can I buy these?  I am sure everyone has been through this! Sometimes even if you get that perfect pair, you don’t find your size (story of my life).

 In such situations TalonsD’or steps in like a savior! As it is lets you customise your own shoes. The best part is you have the provision to select every detail of your shoe. Honestly, we didn’t expect designing to be so difficult. We had so many options that it spoilt us for choice. But luckily, we could see the shoes we were designing as they have a 3D virtual thing on their website (please excuse my technical knowledge). This made our journey way easier than expected.  Trust us on this, if you love a good pair of shoes, you must have a look at Talons D’or and design your own shoes.

For our blog, Pooja paired her cream toned shoes with a peach skater dress from Stalk Buy Love. Bright lips and a black handbag completed her easy summer look.

I paired my black shoes with a printed skater dress from Max Fashion. Pink lips and a black bag completed my look.

Skater dresses are super comfortable and looks great for day and well as night. Wear a light coloured dress for the day and a printed skater dress for the night. Wear bright pinks and corals on your lips, because why not? Its summer!
