Every individual is different and so is their sense of style.  We see so many people wearing similar clothes, but how you add a touch of your personal style makes the outfit a hit.

 

For this blog, we thought of experimenting with our post, where we tried to style one outfit in two different ways. Basically, to show how Pooja and I might see the same outfit in different ways and for different occasions.

 

Pooja wore a checkered dress with her favorite glasses and converse for a very sporty high street look. She could imagine wearing this for a fun day out with her girlfriends. On the other hand, my perception of this dress was something I could wear to work on a cold winter day.  (These geeky glasses are not for fashion, they are my spare spectacles. I don’t like them much).

 

We also wore the very famous long slit top that we can’t get enough of. The minute houndstooth details on the on the top that gave it a beautiful pattern and flow. Pooja choose various shades of blue to style this top and went heavy on accessories. She chooses earrings from Circuzz and neck accessories from Funk &Co. to add glamour to her outfit.

I could see this top more like walking on the streets LA with minimum statement accessories and perfect heels to go with. I choose these beautiful turquoise earrings and a delicate chain with crystals inside (which I thought was a very unique design).  Paired my metallic pumps with these and was ready to hit the streets of LA (LOL! Someday).

Hangout scenes!

Hey Everyone!

Sunday = Being a potato. But sometimes, Sunday also means working on the things you love. Pooja and I meet last Sunday to chill and do something we both absolutely love – Blogging.  This has become more like a therapy than just work. It gives us happiness and with every post our learning is more.

There is nothing better than enjoying the work you do. For us, all our shoot days are actually a reason to meet and spend some quality time together. 

Day started bright and sunny but the moment we started shooting sky started showering it’s blessings on us. Luckily, Starbucks came to our rescue!  Good coffee and yummy cakes made our morning blissful.

Talking about the outfits now, I am pretty sure you all know our love for minimalism and monochrome (Sounds like I got a name for my next post!)  Sundays being quite laid back we both choose to wear really cute outfits that we got from Richesse Stylestore. 

The off shoulder grey top with crochet scarf like detailing is a total must have! I can already imagine a road trip with my friends and team this top with ripped denim shorts and gladiator flats. Here I am wearing faux leather pants to transform it into an autumn/winter outfit. I am also wearing a delicate leaf chain with blue bead details from Richesse stylestore. Adds color in a very subtle way.  And some more accessories, heels and my favorite Lavie bag finished the look.

 

 

 

Capes are crazily trending this season and I really don’t think it’s going anywhere at least for next few years. It’s never a bad decision to hoard capes (in all colors, patterns and designs). Pooja loves her denims and is most comfortable being in them even on a Sunday. Just like her, you too can add a touch of cool by layering you basic denims with capes. She wore a white cape with tassels and stacked up on accessories. She also wore a hand cuff again from Richesse Stylestore which complimented her outfit perfectly. The chain neck piece added a bling. Capes can be styled over anything! Make sure you start purchasing winter capes and make your everyday stylish.

Monsoon,Bright Colors And Co-ordinates

Hey there!

                This time around we both chose to wear similar clothes again! Previous posts featured us wearing maxi dresses and this time it's Co-ordinates.
                                         
                The season of monsoon has set in ,yet the summer heat prevails; we decided to go bright with colours and choose a location that would compliment the colours of our outfits. As this month we are celebrating the 1st Anniversary of our blog we chose to wear co-ordinates from Stalk Buy Love.

 

                 Here,I am wearing Floral Zing Co-ords which include a floral crop top and Red pencil skirt.This is the first time ever I tried a pencil skirt, this made me even more excited. I love black and red is always eye-catchy hence I chose this perfect combination. I paired my co-ords with a earcuff and metallic flash tattoos from Notjustiaras. I'm currently turning out to be a metallic tattoo addict and I'm loving it. Just because I have dark colours and gold on my ear and the tattoo, I decided to go light with the make-up.               Linnet on the other hand chose Orange Dress To Kill Co-ords and golden earrings.She opted for a different colour this time. I've never really seen her wear orange as she is a lover of Monochrome, but must say orange looked pretty good on her. It sure was a fresh change. Orange also brings the bright side out  in this gloomy weather. She also used some props which gave a touch of fun to her look.
